Thinking Biblically About the Use of Aborted Fetal Cells, Part 2


This post will focus on supporting the second premise of a syllogism proposed in the previous post, namely:


Premise one: Abortion is murder of children and all murder is sin worthy of capital punishment.


Premise two: Many modern pharmaceuticals and vaccines developed over at least the last 50 years exist due to the intentional murder of unborn children and the premeditated use of their organs and tissues in research and development.


Conclusion: The use of pharmaceuticals and vaccines developed with the use of aborted fetal tissue, regardless of when the abortion took place or what the murdered child is used for, is immoral and forbidden to a Christian.

If you haven’t read the previous blog post, I suggest you do so before continuing, as it sets up the Biblical context and the scope of the discussion.


Support for Premise Two


Are fetal cells/tissues used in the research and development of pharmaceuticals and vaccines? By the testimony of leading researchers and records readily available to the public, the answer is yes. I will cite source materials and sum up the data.


Warning: some of the following quotes and their sources contain graphic descriptions of violence done to children.



We begin here because the first response to a condemnation of the use of fetal cells in vaccines is that it was “only a couple of abortions done a long time ago and they just keep reusing the same cell line.” This is simply untrue. There is a present confusion that pervades this discussion. There are, indeed, 3 primary cell lines being used in vaccine development that were harvested from 3 aborted children, but this does not mean that these are the only abortions that have been done for the purpose of research and development. 67 elective abortions were done to physically produce the rubella virus. 32 additional elective abortions were done to produce the cell line for cultivation, which means there was a total of at least 99 elective abortions to create the rubella vaccine alone, which is only one part of the MMR vaccine. The death toll is unacceptable at one. It is, in fact, at the level of genocide. As followers of YHWH who worship a holy and jealous God, would even one abortion be justifiable?


Historical research reveals the fact that forced abortions for the purpose of eugenics were carried out as early as 1936, when women arbitrarily deemed to be “feeble minded” could legally have their babies removed by caesarean section without their consent and the babies’ bodies used for research, whether dead or still alive. In fact, as recorded by Father Paul Marx, OSB, in Confessions of a Pro-Life Missionary, “Experiments were being performed on near-term alive aborted babies who were not even afforded the mercy of anesthetic as they writhed and cried in agony, and when their usefulness had expired, they were executed and discarded as garbage”. It is shocking to note that the United States preceded Hitler in the dehumanizing, torture and slaughter of the most vulnerable group of people, “…Laughlin introduced his state-level “Model Eugenical Sterilization Law” in 1922 requiring the forcible sterilization of those deemed unfit to breed. These would include the “feeble-minded”, mentally impaired, epileptics, the deaf, the blind, the homeless and chronic offenders of the law. By 1931 twenty eight states had enacted the legislation. Later in 1933 this US model would become the prototype for Adolph Hitler’s Nazi Act for Averting Descendants Afflicted with Hereditary Disease. Hitler himself recognized Laughlin with an honorary doctorate at Heidelberg University for his contribution to eugenics.” (Jackson, John P. & Weidman, Nadine M. (2005). Wherever there is personal profit to be gained by those in positions of authority, you will find that justifications for murder come very easily, especially if it’s the murder of a group of people you don’t see, who have no voice and no ability to defend themselves. It has been this way throughout human history.


Under oath, Dr. Stanley Plotkin, father of modern vaccines, stated plainly that 76 aborted fetuses (babies), were used in a period of just two years, simply to study cell strains. That’s 76 murders for the sake of research, not even the actual development of a supposedly life-saving drug or vaccine.


“Dr. Stanley Plotkin, a renowned vaccinologist, was deposed in January 2018, by attorney Aaron Siri, prior to testifying in a divorce case, where the parents disagreed about vaccination. Plotkin has a very long list of credentials including Emeritus Professor of the University of Pennsylvania, and Adjunct Professor of the Johns Hopkins University. He has received numerous honors and has lectures named for him. He developed the rubella vaccine, is codeveloper of the pentavalent rotavirus vaccine, and has worked extensively on the development and application of other vaccines including anthrax, oral polio, rabies, varicella, and cytomegalovirus. He is now a consultant to vaccine manufacturers, biotechnology companies and non-profit research organizations as principal of Vaxconsult, LLC.[15]


Because living tissue is needed for the primary culture, these abortions are often done by the “water bag” method which delivers the fetuses (between 2-4 months gestation) alive. (Limbs, organs, and tissues from aborted fetuses are also a mainstay of modern medical research.) Included in vaccines for measles, mumps, rubella, chicken pox, shingles, rotavirus, adenovirus and rabies are human DNA fragments …[17] Not only are the babies delivered alive, horrifically, their organs are often removed when they are still alive.[18] This is how they got the HEK293 kidney cells used in the manufacture of the vaccines and why Pfizer wanted it to remain a secret:


The details of HEK293’s brutal – and from all appearances, until very recently, largely undisclosed – origins explain the company’s deep discomfort. Contrary to nearly a half-century of misrepresentation and obfuscation, HEK293’s creation did NOT arise from an “abortion” as everyday people understand it.…To harvest a viable embryonic kidney … sufficiently healthy children old enough to have adequately-developed kidneys must be removed from the womb, alive, typically by cesarean section, and have their kidneys cut out. This must take place without anesthesia for the child, which would lessen the viability of the organs.


… The deliberate killing of an unwanted child (a little girl, in the case of HEK 293) took place in the tortuous manner it did precisely to obtain her organs for research. The harvest of her organs was the direct cause of her death, prior to which, she was a living child, outside the womb.”


The impact of that reality should be obvious, but in case you missed it, the baby from whom researchers acquired the HEK 293 cell line, the one you’ll hear people wax eloquent about how long ago it happened and how her death will at least end up helping others; her kidneys were ripped from her body, outside the womb, while she was still alive.


The list of vaccines which exist because of abortion include: Acute respiratory, chickenpox, Covid-19 (Moderna, Pfizer, J&J and AstraZeneca), Ebola, Hep A&B, MMR, Measles-Rubella, MMR+Chickenpox, Rabies, Shingles and Smallpox.


Here I quote extensively from testimony by the president and CEO of AVM Biotechnology: -Testimony on Conscience Rights related to biologic drug disclosure and alternative drugs-

“I would like to discuss Fair Labeling and Informed Consent for our medicines, and to ask for your support for studies to examine the health consequences of having contaminating aborted fetal human DNA in our medicines and vaccines. It is a matter of conscience, whether for moral reasons or safety concerns, that a consumer should be informed of the source of contaminants in our medicines, and of alternative medicines that may be available that would not be morally or philosophically objectionable to them.

Some childhood vaccines that are mandated prior to entering kindergarten are only available in the US produced using aborted fetal cells, these include MMR (mumps measles rubella) and chickenpox. Other mandated childhood vaccines are available from both animal or human sources, and yet parents and grandparents are not informed of this so that they can choose a vaccine compatible with their consciences.

When pharmaceutical companies switched from using animal cell lines to using aborted human fetal cells lines to produce these vaccines, in the mid to late 1970s, they assumed, without any evidence, that using aborted fetal cells would result in a more efficient production system. Brief discussions about potential adverse health consequences of using aborted human cell lines for vaccine production were captured in minutes from FDA advisory meetings about this switch. However, no studies have been done to actually measure the extent of those potential adverse consequences.


Vaccines and biologics (engineered proteins as drugs) are too large to make in a test tube, so companies harness the normal machinery used to make these, cells. No final drug is ever completely ‘pure’ and you will find contaminating DNA and cellular debris from the production cell in your final product. When we switch from using animal cells to using human cells we now have human DNA in our vaccines and our drugs.


Shouldn’t parents and grandparents know that when they immunize their children with a particular vaccine they are also injecting their children with DNA from an aborted fetus? Yet there are no laws that require drug manufacturers to inform the public of this. The package insert for the MMR II vaccine (mumps, measles, rubella) states : “MERUVAX* II (Rubella Virus Vaccine Live), the Wistar RA 27/3 strain of live attenuated rubella virus propagated in WI-38 human diploid lung Fibroblasts”, but doesn’t tell you that contaminating DNA from the WI-38 propagation strain is found in the final product. The package insert for Varivax, a chickenpox vaccine, states that the vaccine contains “residual components of MRC-5 cells including DNA and protein”, but how many parents or grandparents, let alone pediatricians and pharmacists, would know that MRC-5, or WI-38, is a cell line derived from an aborted fetus, and that the contaminating DNA and protein listed on the package insert is the DNA and protein of an aborted fetus? If we have the legal right to know what is in our Big Macs, don’t we have the right to know what is in our vaccines and medicines? Contaminating human DNA in these vaccines has the potential to trigger auto-immune responses and also the potential to become incorporated into our own genes, a process called homologous recombination…”


Not only are fetal cells used to develop vaccines; they are in the final product. Allowing yourself to be injected with these products means you are willingly taking aborted fetal tissue into your own body.


Quoted from the investigation report: “It was an interview that shocked America. An Insider, spilling the beans on massive malpractice to a reporter on ABC’s 20/20. Only this time, it wasn’t Big Tobacco in the gunsights, it was the US abortion industry, exposed as harvesting the organs from aborted babies. According to former abortion clinic technician Dean Alberty, clinics were harvesting eyes, brains, hearts, limbs, torsos and other body parts for sale to the scientific market: laboratories wanting to test new drugs or procedures, or researchers trying to find the causes of genetic disorders or discover new ways of treating disorders like Parkinsons...To make matters doubly embarrassing for authorities, the trafficking was taking place inside abortion clinics run by Planned Parenthood, the US affiliate of New Zealand’s Family Planning organization.


Alberty worked for a Maryland agency called the Anatomic Gift Foundation, which essentially acted as a brokerage between universities and researchers seeking body parts, and the abortion clinics providing the raw material. Alerted by the clinics about the races and gestations of babies due to be aborted each day, AGF technicians would match the offerings with parts orders on their client lists. Alberty and his colleagues would turn up at the abortions that offered the best donor prospects to begin dissecting and extracting what they needed before decay set in.


“We would have a contract with an abortion clinic that would allow us to go in…[to] procure fetal tissue for research. We would get a generated list each day to tell us what tissue researchers, pharmaceuticals and universities were looking for. Then we would go and look at the particular patient charts—we had to screen out anyone who had STDs or fetal anomalies. These had to be the most perfect specimens we could give these researchers for the best value that we could sell for.


“We were taking eyes, livers, brains, thymuses, and especially cardiac blood…even blood from the limbs that we would get from the veins” he said. In America, late-term abortions are permitted, even up to 30 weeks gestation. It’s a three day procedure and involves forcing the mother to go into labour but killing the baby with a spike to the base of the skull before it leaves the birth canal. Even so, according to Alberty, it wasn’t unusual out of the 30 or 40 late-term abortions each week to see several babies born alive on the operating table before clinicians could perform the procedure.


“They were coming out alive. The doctor would either break the neck or take a pair of tongs and basically beat the fetus until it was dead.”


Alberty’s testimony was verbal, and in many cases it was challenged by abortion providers who questioned his motives and accused him of “embellishing” the sordid details of the abortion industry. But Alberty the whistleblower wasn’t alone.

Another former clinic manager, Eric Harrah, gave a video interview disclosing live births as the abortion industry’s “dirty secret”:


“It was always very disturbing, so the doctor would try to conceal it from the rest of the staff.”One incident in particular haunts him. The clinic had begun inducing a woman 26 weeks pregnant, but sent her overnight to a nearby motel to await the full procedure in the morning. Instead, in the middle of the night she gave birth to a child and was brought back to the abortion clinic with the baby wrapped in a towel.


“I was in the scrub room when I saw the towel move,” says Harrah. “A nurse said, ‘Eric, you’re just tired. It’s three in the morning.’ Then we both looked and a little baby’s arm raised up out of the towel and was moving like a newborn baby. I screamed and ran out. The doctor came in and closed the door and when we went back in to process the baby out of the clinic into the lab, [the baby] had a puncture wound in his chest.”


In the United States, trafficking in baby parts for profit is a criminal offense. But to get around the problem, universities and researchers pay a fee – not for the parts themselves but for the “cost of extraction”. Thus, there are different fees depending on the amount of work involved. And shipping and handling is extra.”


The article goes on to describe an interview with Keely Bumsted O’Brien at the University of Auckland. She is the lead researcher in a study on genetics using eyeballs obtained from aborted children. She confidently asserts that the highest ethical standards are followed in the acquisition of the eyeballs. Yet when investigators pressed her to describe these “ethics” she eventually admitted that she had no way of proving that the eyeballs came from babies whose mothers had been properly consented at the abortion clinic. In fact, she said she had never seen a signed consent form and there was no way for the mothers of these babies to withdraw their consent or even ask questions about what their babies’ bodies were being used for. More dark truths could be elucidated but the bottom line is that even a cursory glance into the world market of fetal tissue trafficking makes it obvious that there is no code of ethics. As the saying goes, there is no honor among thieves. Bioethics committees full of nice looking professionals may drone on and on about the greater good being achieved for humanity using fetal issue, but this is an ongoing evil which has persisted since ancient times. What real difference is there between this and what the Lord condemns in Leviticus 20?


“Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, "You shall also say to the sons of Israel: 'Any man from the sons of Israel or from the aliens sojourning in Israel who gives any of his offspring to Molech, shall surely be put to death; the people of the land shall stone him with stones. 'I will also set My face against that man and will cut him off from among his people, because he has given some of his offspring to Molech, so as to defile My sanctuary and to profane My holy name. 'If the people of the land, however, should ever disregard * that man when he gives any of his offspring to Molech, so as not to put him to death, then I Myself will set My face against that man and against his family, and I will cut off from among their people both him and all those who play the harlot after him, by playing the harlot after Molech. 'As for the person who turns to mediums and to spiritists, to play the harlot after them, I will also set My face against that person and will cut him off from among his people. 'You shall consecrate yourselves therefore and be holy, for I am the LORD your God. 'You shall keep My statutes and practice them; I am the LORD who sanctifies you."

The Canaanites threw their children into the fire to appease Molech, an idol worshipped by the Ammonites, the Israelites’ Canaanite neighbors east of the Jordan, in hopes of receiving blessings for their crops and fertility for their women. Abundant food meant health and fertility meant a higher population which meant security, so health and safety were the hopes of baby killing Molech-worshippers. Archaeological research over the last century has revealed that this practice was common in many nations throughout history. Shockingly, Israel took up this practice during the reign of King Solomon (1 Kings 11:7,8). He turned away from the Lord and married women from all of the surrounding nations. Not only that, he built places of worship for them and allowed idolatry to be practiced in Israel, including the worship of Chemosh, the god of Moab (Balak’s people), and Molech. Yes, child sacrifice was practiced in Israel. Jeremiah prophesied against Israel in Jer.32:33-35 for this abomination.


“They set up their vile images in the house that bears my Name and defiled it. They built high places for Baal in the Valley of Ben Hinnom to sacrifice their sons and daughters to Molek, though I never commanded—nor did it enter my mind—that they should do such a detestable thing and so make Judah sin.”

YHWH NEVER commanded them to sacrifice their children. Demonic death cults have always demanded child sacrifice and promised health and safety of some kind in return. This evil practice is one of the reasons Israel was commanded to completely wipe out the Canaanites in the original conquest and after they failed to do so and later adopted the same evil, was destroyed by Assyria and Judah also came under YHWH’s judgment and was taken into exile for 70 years.

In this video, Pastor Jeff Durbin is confronted by a Satanist outside of a Planned Parenthood. The satanic cult of child sacrifice never went away. It is alive and well. The Bible clearly communicates that all rebellious spiritual beings have a specific hatred of children and target them for corruption and death. Operation Underground Railroad, a group which fights human trafficking all around the world, reports that of the 600,000 to 800,000 people trafficked every year, 80% are women and at least half are children. This is a $32,000,000,000/year industry. Children ARE a target. (Source)


As the result of an August 21, 2015, “Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract,” ABR bumped up the price of baby livers and thymuses from $325 each to $340 each.

A “Tissue Acquisition Quote” sent by ABR to Howard on July 5, 2017, provided a quote of $5,440 each to provide 16 sets of second trimester (16-24 weeks) livers and 16 sets of second trimester (16-24 weeks) thymuses at $340 per “sample.” The request for the quote notes that “tissue known to be positive for HIV, HepA, HepB, HepC or chromosomal abnormalities are not acceptable.”


There is much more to this investigation but I highlight this to demonstrate the way defenseless children’s bodies are discussed as commodities on the open market.

This is an article clarifying the connections between biotech companies, who order baby body parts, and food companies, who use the fetal tissue to research flavor enhancers and increase chemical dependency upon their products.


Unborn and born children are murdered in large numbers for the purpose of research and development in the production and sale of drugs and vaccines. These children are viciously tortured, maimed and eviscerated, often while they are still alive. This has been going on since at least the 1930’s, and there is no indication from the powers that be that this practice will be discontinued. It is obvious, in fact, that the White House, regardless of who occupies the Oval Office, has a vested interest in ensuring that the abortion industrial complex stays in business. Many national and international companies hold billions in stock in pharmaceutical companies that depend on fetal tissue to make them competitive in the world market. These companies are not concerned about your health and well being. They, like every human enterprise, exist because of sin and operate “according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, of the spirit that is now working in the sons of disobedience. Among them we too all formerly lived in the lusts of our flesh, indulging the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, even as the rest..” (Eph.2:1-3)


This brings us to the crux. While the extent of the horrors perpetrated in the name of science may be shocking, and they should be, it should also come as no surprise to Bible-believing Christians that death abounds in a sin-loving, God-rejecting world. God told Adam that death would be the result of violating His Word. (Genesis 2:17), and in Paul’s teaching in Romans 5 we are taught that “Therefore *, just as through one man sin entered into the world, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men, because * all sinned”. for until the Law sin was in the world, but sin is not imputed when there is no law. Nevertheless death reigned from Adam until Moses, even over those who had not sinned in the likeness of the offense of Adam, who is a type of Him who was to come. But the free gift is not like the transgression. For if by the transgression of the one the many died, much more did the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abound to the many. The gift is not like that which came through the one who sinned; for on the one hand the judgment arose from one transgression resulting in condemnation, but on the other hand the free gift arose from many transgressions resulting in justification. For if by the transgression of the one, death reigned through the one, much more those who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ. So then as through one transgression there resulted condemnation to all men, even so through one act of righteousness there resulted justification of life to all men. For as through the one man's disobedience the many were made sinners, even so through the obedience of the One the many will be made righteous. The Law came in so that the transgression would increase; but where sin increased, grace abounded all the more, so that, as sin reigned in death, even so grace would reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."


Sin brought death. The willing sacrifice of the Righteous One brings life. It is the great reversal, the overturning, the undoing. If Christ, the Righteous, is your LORD and your life, then you have no part with those who kill children for profit, and there is no cost-benefit ratio which can alter this fact.


I have attempted to demonstrate from Scripture that abortion is murder and also to demonstrate from available information that fetal cells from aborted babies are, indeed, used in the research and development of many pharmaceuticals and vaccines and that they do, in fact, end up in the final product that is taken or injected. But the last thing I would want is for any of you to either simply read the horrors and cultivate anger toward the perpetrators, or realize your complicity and wallow in self recrimination, stopping short of repentance. The truth is that we are all complicit. Isaiah 53:

“Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all.”

God did not spare His own Son. The free gift is not like the transgression. His death was a spilling of blood for our real healing: not temporary physical gain, but eternal blessings for transgressors. And His life was not taken from Him by sinful men. He said, “'I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me—just as the Father knows me and I know the Father—and I lay down my life for the sheep. I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also. They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one shepherd. The reason my Father loves me is that I lay down my life—only to take it up again. No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again. This command I received from my Father.” (John 10)


Because King Jesus exercised His authority, laying down His life for His sheep and taking it up again, we do not have a reason to fear death or anything that people will do to us because we refuse to partake in their deeds of darkness. Fear God, not man. And can you say that you fear Him if you refuse to obey Him? Can you say that you fear Him if you will not trust Him with your health and safety, with your job and with your very life, rather than entrusting it to the sacrifice of the unborn?
